Abstract
결론
저자들은 전남대학교 병원 소아치과에 내원한 15세 소년이 다발성 함치성 낭종을 가지면서
전 치열에 걸친 유치의 만기 잔존 및 영구치의 맹출지연이 있는 드문 경우를 경험하여 다음
과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 구강 및 악안면 소견으로는 상악 우측 측절치와 견치, 하악 좌우측 제1대구치, 하악 좌
우측 측절치와 견치를 포함한 다발성 함치성 낭종 및 유치의 만기 잔존, 영구치의 맹출지연,
하악 좌우측 제2소구치의 발육 이상, 상악 좌우측 제 1대구치의 장수치성(taurodontisnd, 상
악 좌측 제2소구치와 하악 제 1대구치의 전위성 맹출 및 대부분의 치아에 만곡된 치근이 관
찰되었다.
두부계측 방사선사진을 분석한 결과 비교적 정상적인 상악골, 하악골의 발육을 보여주었으
며, 안면골의 성장 방향은 약간 수평적이었다.
2. 내과적인 임상 소견, 임상 병리학적 검사, 방사선 검사, 성장 및 갑상선 호르몬 검사에
특이할만한 전신적인 이상소견은 없었다.
3. 환자의 병력상 12세에 외상을 받았으나 치아맹출에 직접적인 관련이 있는 것으로 생각
되지 않으며 가계조사에서는 누나가 유견치의 만기 잔존 및 영구견치의 맹출지연을 경험한
것외에는 특별한 가족력을 발견할 수 없었다.
4. 함치성 낭종의 조대술을 시행한 직후에는 치아의 맹출이 뚜렷하게 촉진되었지만 계속적
인 맹출과 매복될 가능성이 있는 치아에 대한 관찰이 요구된다.

The 15 year-old boy patient complained of delayed permanent teeth eruption The
authors found multiple dentigerous cysts involving many permanent teeth through
radiographic findings.
We observed as follows :
1. Most of primary teeth were remained and only six permanent teeth erupted. Cystic
lesions were found around the crown of impacted mandibular lateral incisors, canines 1st
molars and maxillary right lateral incisor, canine throught radiographs. It was shcum
that there were teeth anomalies of mandibular second premolars, taurodontism of
maxillary first molars, dilacerated roots of many teeth and ectopic eruption of maxillary
lea second premolar and mandibular right first molar.
2. Pediatric clinial, laboratory, radiographic findings and growth and thyroid hormone,
tests were non specific.
3. Specific hereditary characteristics were not found in his families.
4. Tooth eruption progressed after marsupialization of cyst, but serial observation is
required.
